NHS Borders Wellbeing Service

We offer support to people who wish to improve the following:

Emotional wellbeing (18 and over) - stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, bereavement, sleep problems, self-esteem, negative thoughts, relaxation
Being more active (16 and over) - physical activity, exercises
Healthy eating (18 and over) - improved diet, weight management, weight loss, reduction of alcohol consumption
Quitting smoking (12 and over) - smoking cessation

Making changes in your life can be difficult and our trained advisers will offer you support and encouragement to live well. Our advisers offer programmes of support from 1 to 12 sessions where they will use appropriate skills and tools to help you to make changes in your lifestyle.
